Each Raediant Designs piece is created with intention, not urgency. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for custom orders, to ensure every bracelet meets a standard of quality and balance.

 

Once complete, shipping across Canada typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your piece begins its journey.

 

Are your gemstone bracelets made with real stones?

 

Yes - every bracelet is crafted using genuine, carefully selected gemstones. I work with natural materials, which means each stone carries its own subtle variations in tone, texture, and depth.  These differences are not flaws, but part of what makes each piece quietly one of a kind.

 

How do I care for my gemstone bracelet?

 

To preserve the integrity of your bracelet, I recommend removing it before exposure to water, lotions, or harsh chemicals. While durable, natural stones and elastic benefit from mindful wear. 

 

When not in use, store your piece in a soft, dry place to maintain its finish and structure over time.

 

Can gemstone bracelets get wet?

 

Occasional contact with water won’t immediately damage your bracelet, but repeated exposure can weaken the elastic and affect the natural finish of certain stones.

 

For longevity, it’s best to remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or washing hands.

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If something doesn’t feel right, I want to make it right. Feel free to reach out if your bracelet loses it's shape and I will restring it free of charge.
